Our recruitment process
Interviews can feel artificial. It is important that we have the opportunity to get to know you, and you to know us. At Martin Currie everyone's contribution counts, and we use the interview process to understand your skills, experience and knowledge.
To do this, we normally hold first and second-stage interviews. We use these meetings to ensure you meet as many people from the business as possible and gain a clear understanding of what it is like to work here. We use occupational testing and personality profiling for all roles within the business.

Graduate Scheme - Investment and Risk and Compliance
Martin Currie offers fantastic opportunities for graduates of any discipline interested in a career in fund management. We currently run graduate schemes for Investment Trainees and Risk and Compliance Graduate Trainees.

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2010 Investment Graduate Scheme. If you have applied you will receive email confirmation by the end of January to inform you if you have been successful to go forward to the next stage.
