Our recruitment process
Interviews can feel artificial. It is important that we have the opportunity to get to know you, and you to know us. At Martin Currie everyone's contribution counts, and we use the interview process to understand your skills, experience and knowledge.
To do this, we normally hold first and second-stage interviews. We use these meetings to ensure you meet as many people from the business as possible and gain a clear understanding of what it is like to work here. We use occupational testing and personality profiling for all roles within the business.

Graduate Scheme
Martin Currie offers fantastic opportunities for graduates of any discipline interested in a career in fund management. We currently run graduate schemes for Investment Trainees and for Dealers.
We are currently looking for a Mandarin speaker to join our 3-year training scheme, working as part of our China team. More details are available in the vacancies section.

We offer investment internships for a 6 week period during the months of July and August.
