Martin Currie expands Asian equities team
Martin Currie announces the expansion of its successful Asian equities team with a senior appointment

Andrew Graham today joins Martin Currie's Asian equities team as a senior investment manager, with responsibilities for research as well as portfolio construction. Led by Jason McCay, the highly experienced team of seven currently has combined investment experience of 68 years and manages £2.2 billion for clients around the world. Andrew brings with him extensive experience of managing Asian equities. His appointment demonstrates Martin Currie's commitment to ensuring that its Asian equities team has the appropriate resource to deliver strong performance for its clients.

Andrew Graham is a highly experienced investor and has managed Pacific equities for over 20 years. He joins Martin Currie from Sofaer Global Research (UK) LLC, where he was a partner and portfolio manager of the Sofaer Capital Japan Hedge Fund, as well as co-manager of the Sofaer Capital Pacific Hedge Fund. Before this, he spent five years as senior vice president at Putnam Investments, where he co-managed the International Capital Opportunities Fund and had regional responsibilities for Asia.
